Customers use the dashboard as the support hub. Slack stays internal unless you choose a paid deployment option that needs a temporary shared channel.
Open requests from the customer dashboard. Each request attaches project ID, current step, package, generation status, validation errors, recent activity, and a support snapshot.
Support emails come from a no-reply address and include a direct link to the dashboard thread so replies stay tied to the project context.
Your request is routed to our internal Slack triage channel. You do not need to join Slack for standard support.
For Launch Assist or Managed Install, a temporary shared Slack or Teams channel may be used when deployment coordination needs it. The dashboard remains the source of truth.
Replies outside that window are best-effort. We do not make 24/7 promises one person cannot honestly keep.
