Effective March 19, 2026. This guarantee applies to the initial paid platform package purchase. It explains when OwnYourOps will issue a full refund and what conditions must be met.
Simple summary: If the purchased package cannot be successfully deployed within 30 days in a supported environment using the delivered materials and required customer cooperation, OwnYourOps will refund the package purchase price paid to OwnYourOps. For covered deployment blockers during that window, OwnYourOps also provides a 48-hour issue-resolution commitment once the required access and diagnostics are available.
The 30-day guarantee period starts when the initial package purchase is completed through OwnYourOps checkout.
During the 30-day guarantee window, if the customer reports a covered deployment blocker and provides the reasonably required access, credentials, logs, and environment details, OwnYourOps will work the issue on an expedited basis. If OwnYourOps cannot provide a fix or supported workaround for that covered deployment blocker within 48 hours after receiving the required cooperation, the customer may request a refund under this guarantee.
Email sales@ownyourops.com from the purchasing account within the 30-day window and include the project name, project ID if available, and a short description of the deployment failure. OwnYourOps may ask for logs, screenshots, or access details needed to verify the issue.
If a refund is approved, OwnYourOps will refund the package purchase amount paid to OwnYourOps for the initial package order. The customer remains responsible for any third-party costs already incurred.
This guarantee is part of the purchase framework and should be read together with the Terms of Purchase.
